State-of-the-Art polymer ceramic composite coating
Cerakote ceramic coating is the creme de la creme of coatings, an ultra high end finish that outperforms any other competitive product on the market.
Once applied it is there to stay giving a heightened level of durability second to none, Cerakote provides abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance, chemical resistance, UV resistance and heat resistance like no other coating.
But Cerakote's party piece is it is also very thin and super lightweight, in fact it is the strongest thin film ceramic coating in the world. As it is applied only 12 – 25 microns thick (thin film) it makes the ideal product for motorcycle components as it looks factory, it is not heavy and bulky like powder coating is.
And remember ceramic is an exceptionally hard substance making a very hard surface that is extremely resistant to scratching and holds up outstandingly in all weather conditions.

The Process / Parts Preparation
This service requires all components to be completely dismantled before sending, remove all bolts, nuts, bearings, piston seals, sight glasses etc (Exception Bottom Yokes: it is NOT necessary to remove the steering stem). If you wish for us to do any of the disassembling there will an additional charge or alternatively view our rebuild / reconditioning services.
Before being re-coated all parts will be media stripped back to their base substrata and the surface prepped, while it is possible to remove minor marks and scratches ceramic coating will not hide scuffs and gouges.
Sending your items!
UK Customers - 'Free Two-Way Shipping' we send you a shipping label, you carefully package up your parts then take them to a drop off point close to you (usually a local store). After we are finished we will send them back to your home carriage free.
International Customers - we accept work from customers anywhere in the world simply package up your components and send them to us via the carrier of your choice, we recommend www.parcelmonkey.com. After they are finished we will organise the shipping back to you.
Turnaround Time - approximately 10 working days from us receiving your items, all instructions will be emailed to you after purchase.
